How Can I Renew My Manual Yearly Membership?

Most memberships are on automatic renewal, just navigate to Account > Subscription > Manage Payment to review if you are currently setup!


If you received a manual renewal notice, and are ready to renew your Yearly Membership, you have a few options.

Online via your account

You can pay online through your Casting Workbook account via credit card. We accept most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards.

1. Login to your account

2. Go to Account-->Make a payment

3. Add your credit card information and pay.

    • Tip: All payments made online with credit card will be through our new payment system, which defaults to automatic renewal. If you do not want automatic renewal, just email payments@castingworkbook.com to request that be turned off after making your payment, and we will ensure you are set back to manual billing for the next year.

Over the Phone

Get in touch with a Casting Workbook representative at 1-888-794-2278 (Toll Free).

Via Web Banking (yearly membership only)

(available with most Canadian financial institutions)

Add Casting Workbook as a payee to your bank's website. Use your Casting Workbook ID number as your account number, and then submit the full yearly total (as shown on your renewal notice). Please note, online banking payments take up to 4 business days to reach us from your bank. Online Banking is ONLY available for Yearly Memberships.

We do not accept e-transfers at this time.

Cheque or Money Order (yearly membership only)

You can mail a Cheque or Money Order to our Vancouver office. Be sure to include your Workbook ID number in the memo section of your cheque. Send the full yearly total (as shown on your renewal notice).

Don't forget your receipt! 

All receipts for annual payments are posted directly to your Casting Workbook Account so you can access them at any time. This is important when tax season comes around as your membership is a "business expense" in many cases.

Once logged in to your account, go to MY ACCOUNT-->My receipts.
