How Do I Cancel My Pro Membership?

To cancel your Pro Membership subscription and revert back to the Lite (free) member level, send an email to payments@castingworkbook.com - be sure to include your name and Workbook ID number to avoid confusion. Your Workbook ID can found in the lower left hand corner of the website when logged in. If you do not have your ID number, please provide the email on file for the account.

We will generally cancel your payment within the same or up to 1 business day.

Once cancelled, your payment will immediately cease, and your account will automatically downgrade to the Lite Membership at the end of your current paid term. You can resume a Casting Workbook Pro membership anytime by logging in and selecting Upgrade to Pro, or navigating to Account > Subscription.
