How secure is my information?

Casting Workbook takes security very seriously. Over the years, we have been audited for use by big studios in Hollywood and passed every time.

• We use secure SSL connections (watch for the lock symbol in the address bar) for all data transfer so that data is encrypted while it flows back and forth.
• All agent and casting members must apply for access to Casting Workbook, provide references and show they are in the business of hiring actors professionally. 
• Our Casting Notice, or non-verified Casting Directors cannot do searches of the database and only have access to information given to them directly. 
• Only your agent details are show on submissions and searches unless you're self-represented.
• Finally, all credit card payments are entered securely and directly on our Payment Partner sites so that your credit card information is never available to Casting Workbook unless you're paying by phone.
