Why Can't I Login?

Having Trouble logging in? 

Make sure you are entering the Workbook ID number or Email Address, and Password in the appropriate fields; with your Workbook ID or Email on top, and the password below.

• Tip: If you share an email amongst several accounts (i.e. family members), please use the individual Workbook ID number as the username, to ensure you can login to the correct account.

If you're sure your account is active and your login details are correct, you may need to reset your password (just click Forgot Password), or you can call us at 1-888-794-2278 or email support@castingworkbook.com for more help.

If your account is inactive, you will need to email support@castingworkbook.com, or give us a call at 1-888-794-2278, and we can assist with reactivation. Once your account is reactivated, your login information will work as it did before.
