Will I be automatically charged?

"It depends" is the best answer to this. There are 3 scenarios relating to payments.

1. NO - Members who have been with Casting Workbook a long time are on an older system for payments and we do not store any credit card or banking information. You will get an email about a month before your annual invoice is due and you can continue to make payments by cheque, money order, credit card online or by phone, or through online banking in Canada.

2. YES - If you signed up for a monthly membership then this is being charged to your credit card each month until we're told to stop that payment cycle. You can contact payments@castingworkbook.com or call (888) 794-2278 toll-free in North America to make changes or cancel.

3. YES - If you upgraded to Pro using the button in your account, or signed up since January 2021 you're enrolled in a subscription via our payment partner Stripe and will be charged automatically on the anniversary of your subscription. You will receive an email from Stripe Payments a few days before your next payment is due to be charged.
