What if I Don't Renew On Time?

We send renewal notices out about 30 days before your account is due and a reminder email outlining the amount due and the related dates a few days after your renewal has passed.

If you choose, you can request to downgrade or cancel your membership by contacting payments@castingworkbook.com or call (888) 794-2278 toll-free in North America.

If your renewal date comes and goes and we haven't heard from you, we'll automatically downgrade your account to a Lite Membership after or around 10 business days. Once an account is downgraded, you can 'Upgrade to Pro' from inside your account any time.
