What if I don't renew on time?
We send renewal notices out about 30 days before your account is due and a reminder email outlining the amount due and the related dates a few days after your renewal has passed.
If you choose, you can request to downgrade or cancel your membership by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org or call (888) 794-2278 toll-free in North America.
If your renewal date comes and goes and we haven't heard from you, we'll automatically downgrade your account to Freemium after or around 10 business days. You retain access on a restricted level, but your agent won't be able to submit you to breakdowns/jobs. Once an account is downgraded, you can 'Upgrade to Pro' from inside your account any time.
