What If My Payment Fails?
Our payment provider Stripe Payments sends a renewal reminder to the email on file 7 days before your account is set to renew automatically. If payment fails to process, our system keeps your account active for 5 days past the renewal date, and will retry payment two times after the initial renewal attempt.
If you choose, you can request to downgrade or cancel your membership by contacting payments@castingworkbook.com or call (888) 794-2278 toll-free in North America.
The system will automatically downgrade your account to a Lite Membership 5 days after the renewal date, if no succesful payment is processed. Once an account is downgraded, you can 'Upgrade to Pro' from inside your account any time.
